The space
Chartres Retreat comfortably accommodates 6 guests – whether it’s couples travelling together, or family groups on holiday, there is plenty of space and privacy for guests. Set over two levels, the property has spacious lounge / dining, and fully-equipped kitchen downstairs, along with separate laundry (with washing machine and drier), queen bedroom, and full bathroom. Glass sliding doors open up from the lounge with great indoor / outdoor flow to private patio and grassed lawn for outdoor dining, BBQs and relaxation. Upstairs, the master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe offers space to spread out, plus a third bedroom with two single beds offers guests space and comfort.

Great off-street carparking for two vehicles is available, with two parks directly outside, and space in the garage for storage of ski gear / bikes etc.

Chartres Retreat is located in the exclusive Chartres Lane subdivision, a beautifully-maintained, private residential lane.

Location

Chartres Retreat is a 15-20 minute stroll from historic Arrowtown Village, with boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes District Museum, cafes and restaurants, historic Chinese Village, and popular river track.

Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of local cycle and running trails. Local amenities include Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket, (15 minutes by car).

Queenstown is a convenient 20-25 minutes drive, Arrowtown’s Four-Square supermarket is a 1 minute drive from the property.
