The space
This spacious property layout includes 3 good-sized bedrooms on the ground floor, each with wardrobes. The master bedroom is down one end of the house, with generous sized wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are down the other end of the house, with living room and kitchen separating them from the master bedroom. Please note that Bedroom 2 can be set up as two singles on request, (with at least 3 days notice prior to arrival). The default setting is as a king-sized bed, as displayed in the listing. Both other bedrooms share the main bathroom, and have queen-sized beds.

The open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen area has plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax, and a Blaze-king wood-burning fireplace offers cosy winter warmth and ambience. A second generous sized media room upstairs has lovely mountain views, and allows plenty of space and separation for kids and adults if needed!

A full-sized kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing a home-cooked meal, with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A separate laundry is also onsite, with washing machine and drier, and clothes hanging facilities.

A separate one-bedroom sleepout is available off the back patio, for an additional fee, providing flexible bedding configuration options for your group if needed, (please enquire). The property can accomodate a 7th guest (strictly on request only).

The internally-accessed garage is perfect for storing ski-gear, golf-clubs and bikes, and has parking space inside for one vehicle. Extra off-street parking is also available.

The two separate outdoor areas are perfect for families with children, including a spacious fenced grassed yard in front, and delightful decked entertainment area in the backyard, with outdoor seating, BBQ, outdoor dining table and spa pool!

Arrowtown Family Home with spa is a modern well insulated, double-glazed construction with 2 air con units, wall heaters and modern fireplace, with wood supplied.

Guest access
All general spaces of the property are available for guest use. (Please note – the owner has a private vehicle parked inside the garage (not available for use).  The outdoor fireplace is not available for guest use. A door camera is installed for security purposes during vacant periods, this is is disconnected during guest stays.

Other things to note

Arrowtown Family Home with spa is a 5-10 minute stroll from historic Arrowtown Village, with boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes District Museum, cafes and restaurants, historic Chinese Village, and popular river track.

Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of local cycle and running trails. Local amenities include Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket, (15 minutes by car).

Queenstown is a convenient 20-25 minutes drive from the property.
