The space
Stylishly-renovated three-bedroom cottage in a beautiful peaceful location, close to the Arrow River, and local walking and cycling trails. Open-plan lounge (with woodburner), and kitchen provide space and comfort for guests. Three bedrooms (two bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed) lead off the lounge area, as does the laundry / bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to self-cater, or alternatively guests can stroll into Arrowtown town centre to visit one of the local cafes or restaurants. Beautiful large outdoor deck area with BBQ provides a great space for outdoor dining and relaxing, and a fenced lawn area is perfect for kids to spend time outdoors. Enjoy beautiful views of the hillside, spectacular views in Autumn. The sound of the birds and river create a lovely relaxing environment.

Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of local cycle and running trails. Local amenities include Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket, (15 minutes by car).
Queenstown is a convenient 20-25 minutes drive, Arrowtown’s Four-Square supermarket is a 1 minute drive from the property.
