The space
The Ivy Box Art Gallery Apartment sits alongside a second apartment, with a shared central courtyard. The property is two-storied, private and self-contained, with bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the lower level, and second bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area on the second floor. The apartment has a backyard space for outdoor relaxing.

Guest access
An exterior stairway leads from the carport to the Foyer front door. Your apartment is accessed off the Foyer space. Please note:- access to other foyer areas is not permitted (apart from the shared courtyard with Apartment B). Your upstairs outdoor space is separated from the second apartment by a row of plantings.

Other things to note
Please note there is a second apartment in the Ivy Box Gallery complex (to the right), which is ‘semi-detached’ from the Ivy Box Art Gallery apartment, and the two apartments are separated by a set of external stairs.The Ivy Box Art Gallery Apartment’s backyard terrace area is separated from the second apartment by large pots and low plantings, but is positioned to be largely private, with a peaceful, landscaped outdoor area. (Please note the backyard grassed area was replaced with stones in May 2025, to create a lovely courtyard setting. Photos have not yet been updated).
