The space
Configured over three levels, the master bedroom with en-suite is on the top floor offering a king bed with beautiful mountain and lake views from a private balcony. Bedroom two on the mezzanine level offers a queen bed with equally gorgeous views. Bedroom three on the lower level offers a queen bed with garden views. A glass slider opens out onto a deck leading into the private garden.

Family bathroom and laundry are on the lower level which leads into the open plan living, kitchen and dining room. All bedrooms are fitted with electric heaters, a nightstore heater warms the lower-level

Garage parking is available for one sedan vehicle only.
Driveway parking can accomodate an additional two vehicles

In the event of heavy snow or ice, snow chains may be required to access the driveway.

Location

The Lakehouse is situated on the sunny popular Kelvin Heights Peninsula, a 5-10 minute drive from Queenstown Airport, and the cafes and retail hub of Frankton, Remarkables Park and Five Mile. A short 5-minute drive takes you to the Hilton Hotel, with fine cuisine and relaxing bar with lakeviews. Directly across the road (and down a short path) is the Queenstown Ferry Service which transports guests directly across Lake Wakatipu into Queenstown township, for an easy night out (no driving required!). Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of local cycle and running trails on your doorstep.
